If you pledged a gigabit broadband voucher, here’s what you need to do:
1) Decide which provider you’ll order from
Upgrade with your current provider or if you are contract free, choose from the hundreds of Service Providers who up the network.
2) Place your order
Your voucher is only valid if you order a gigabit capable service. Openreach call this Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband, but it can also be referred to as FTTP or FTTH.
3)Confirm your service is live
Once your new broadband service is live, you’ll receive an email from the Government. Follow the link in that email to confirm your new Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband is connected. The email will come from gigabit.voucher@notifications.service.gov.uk
