As you may or may not be aware, there is a development planned for 199 homes to the North of Swinstead Road here in Corby Glen.
The developer has refused to hold a further public consultation meeting with the village to discuss this application. There was a small consultation held when Outline Approval was sought but this application is for all the detail. It is the design of the houses, the garages, the boundaries, all the landscaping and more
In the absence of the developer and as your District Councillor, I owe it to all of you to hold a public meeting and give you all an opportunity to put your opinions and ideas forward to feed into the Planning Process for this application.
The meeting will be held at The Church Street Rooms, Church Street, Corby Glen NG33 4NJ on WEDNESDAY 10th NOVEMBER 2021.
It will be a drop-in session from 16:00 until 20:00 with all of the development plans available for inspection.
