The Sheep Fair web site for 2025 is now live and taking order for stallholders at sheepfair.co.uk
Following a changing of the guard a few years ago with a few well-served retirements from the committee, we started with a small group. This year we have more than 21 members joining the planning meetings and helping us build another great weekend!
We continue to expand the Saturday and there will more farmers market stalls, food offerings, competitions and a larger bar offering on our Agricultural day & Family Day. More live music and continued support and events coinciding with the weekend in our local – The fighting Cocks under the new owners (who are very involved) and a big thank you!
We continue to drive sustainability, and you can help us by walking to the event and ditching the car where you can. Look to share where possible. … and purchase our Reusable cups at our “Barrrr” on Saturday and in the fighting Cocks over the weekend… keep them filled and then take them home as a souvenir!
Bateman’s Brewery are our main sponsor again for the third year running with a very big thank you to them! It’s hard to pick out particular events as we have packed a lot in, but some of the entertainment includes… great live music from Friday night right through to Sunday afternoon, a beer festival and loads of food and stalls, a fun run is being planned, birds of prey, 5 aside football, Morris dancers – by popular demand! Bake off and other fun competitions…more details to come!
The fair will be in town, our amazing school’s choir and the Dance Academy will wow us all, (as always) performing on the main stage!
The sporting challenge in memory of Bailey Drew will be open to all this year – so set up your own teams of 5 for the 5-a-side football aged 16 and over.
We are excited to add our NEW competition the Great Corby glen BAKE OFF to our Saturday event with both adult and kids entries.
Don’t miss out on showing off your creative skills, our judges can’t wait to start tasting and be awed!

MORE STALLS THAN EVER THIS YEAR
There are record numbers of stall holders this year and as well as the classic cars we all love to see, we will have classic tractors on Saturday and who knows what else!
GROSS…
The legendary food challenge will have a new theme this year as we ran out of chilli’s, sausage eaters ran off screaming and nasty food was not nasty enough…it’s an interesting one coming…not to be missed…
Thank you to all our stall holders, sponsors and raffle prize donors, you make a massive difference to our funding and making it a great day. We have some of the best prizes ever this year…more to come.
OUR FURRY FRIENDS
This year we are welcoming back the very popular Dog show!
Don’t forget the Willoughby Gallery has a great exhibition on, the Church Rooms are open and at the Church a Thanksgiving Service is held at 9am. We have card machines for our outside bar on Saturday but do bring some cash with you!
If you need help on the day look out for our Marshalls in their usual outfits.
Remember that not all stalls have card machines, so bring some cash with you to enjoy the weekend!
On behalf of the committee, we wish you all an amazing day!
