The chairman has called an Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council
to be held in the Willoughby Gallery, Corby Glen
on Tuesday 29th July 2025 at 7.30pm

The Meeting will begin with a 30-minute Open Forum which all residents are invited to attend.
- Apologies for absence and reasons given.
- Declaration of Interest.
- Agree the council’s response to the proposed National Grid and sub-station, and agree actions.
- Consider the council’s response to SKDC’s draft Local Plan concerning the currently proposed 144 + additionally proposed 293 houses allocation, and agree actions.
- Consider support for an Action Group to follow through actions agreed regarding items 3 & 4 above.
- Agree next Steps regarding Developer issues (Swinstead Road Drainage).
- Agree the council’s position regarding the Christmas Tree / Lights for 2025.
- Agree proposed VJ Day service outline and budget.
- Consider the council’s position regarding commercial signage.
- Consider the council’s position and response regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Agree the council’s response and actions regarding Devolution proposals.
- Consider appropriate recognition of service.
